In this workshop at the intersection of meditation and neuroscience, you will discover the latent potential of your mind through the eyes of Jay.

How much sleep do you really need to be productive? Understand your sleep pattern, learn some great hacks to improve its quality and wake up feeling like a champ.

Our lives each day have increasingly become full of doing, getting, making, controlling and giving. Sometimes we feel like 'pulling the plug' and 'getting away from it all'. How do we sustain our  responsibilities without feeling the stress and losing our happiness? Learn to relax! In this workshop you will learn to consciously create 2 to 3 minute windows during the day to practice 'going on retreat'.

The digital age has accelerated stress among teens, and research indicates that the internet is making people lonelier, depressed, anxious, impolite, dumber, anti-social and more prone to becoming obsessive, compulsive and suffering from Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). The workshop is designed for young people who have a desire to successfully navigate today's challenges in order to achieve their goals by taking control of their inner world.

Use the insights from this session to see how joy can be your companion in the journey and that should help you meet any destination while being joyful.

Fear will always be there, but you can learn to control it and prevent a state of hijack of your mind. Jay Chodagam shares tips that will empower you to create the future of your choice.

To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognized need of the human soul. People resort to many extremes to find their sense of self in others and protect that identity. In this session we will explore the elements that make (or break) one's sense of belonging and further, how one can extend that feeling to others.

Gratitude is a very powerful feeling and your happiness depends on it. Major benefits of an attitude of gratitude include stronger immune systems, better sleep, positive mood, alertness, optimism, compassion for others and feeling less lonely. In this workshop, you will learn easy tips to develop an attitude of gratitude and make it part of your daily routine. You will come away feeling great about yourself, make stronger relationships and become successful at your work.

I will guide you through the myths, blockers and solutions to your worries surrounding wealth, which will help you prosper. With equal parts discussion and meditation each day, you will come away with wisdom where your soul informs your money and your money expresses your soul.
