Meet Your Facilitator

Jay Chodagam is a meditation teacher and TEDx speaker based in San Francisco. After training as a monk for 18 years and getting 2 engineering degrees, his teaching is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. He’s traveled to over 60 countries to help people develop SQ (spiritual quotient) for purposeful living and joyful being. His guided meditations and weekly live workshops have been heard by millions across the globe.

What To Expect

This past year has been an unprecedented time of isolation, stress and uncertainty for most of us. This retreat was conceived in response to a deep desire among kindred spirits for connection and reintegration as we cautiously come out of the quarantine. It will be a very intimate group, set in nature, following all the current Covid-19 protocols. Registration is open to those who are fully vaccinated. You will experience comfort, self-care and connection via open space activities, low density accommodation, outdoor dining, and a nice balance of movement and meditation. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a novice, this retreat is sure to rejuvenate you.

We have comfortable rooms for you to get a good night’s rest. While each room has several beds, we are taking Covid-19 precautions and putting only 2 to 3 persons per room with sufficient distancing and ventilation. If you are registering with other family members or friends, we will put you in the same room. Otherwise, you will be paired with someone of the same gender. There are plenty of bathrooms which are shared between guests of the same gender. Everyone staying at the retreat would be fully vaccinated.
